Thank you for shopping with Matriarch. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are shipped, applicable locations, timelines, charges, and other important details.
 
1. Order Processing Time
•    All orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
•    Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
•    During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
 
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations across India.
 
3. Shipping Charges
Most of our products do not carry any Shipping Charges. In case of specific situation, Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Within 5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.
 
5. Order Tracking
•    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
•    Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
 
6. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Courier selection may vary depending on location and order size.
 
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that:
•    Shipping address with Pin Code
•    Contact number
•    Email ID
are entered correctly at checkout.
Matriarch is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
 
8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to:
•    Incorrect address
•    Failed delivery attempts
•    Refusal to accept delivery
the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
 
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives:
•    Damaged
•    Leaking
•    Incorrect
•    With missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•    Order ID
•    Clear photos/videos of the package and product
Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
 
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.
