Return & Exchange Policy

We have a “No Questions Asked” return policy which entitles our Customers to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product purchased, within 7 days from the date of product delivery. This is permissible only if the product is and is returned in its original packaging.

Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; COD orders receive a refund in the Matriarch wallet.

In case of excessive returns, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 can be charged, which will be deducted from the refund.
